ABA Therapist
Our therapists work directly with learners in a structured clinic based setting. Responsibilities include the implementation of acquisition programs that address areas such as communication, social skills, pre-academic skills, and functional living skills. In addition, therapists support learners as they increase independence and behavioral performance in preparation for a transition to a school setting. Each ABA therapist receives extensive initial training and ongoing support and supervision from our very skilled management team. Speech Language Pathologist
Our speech language pathologist will evaluate speech and language needs of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and write a plan of treatment for each client. She/He will provide direct treatment of speech and language needs to clients with ASD, and collaborate with our team of BCBAs/BCaBAs to create consistency of care for each client. Our speech language pathologist will also attend attend parent meetings and clinical meetings, and provide training to RBTs and Behavior Therapists regarding speech and language development and expectations specific to the clients.
