ABA Therapist
Our therapists work directly with learners in a structured clinic based setting. Responsibilities include the implementation of acquisition programs that address areas such as communication, social skills, pre-academic skills, and functional living skills. In addition, therapists support learners as they increase independence and behavioral performance in preparation for a transition to a school setting. Each ABA therapist receives extensive initial training and ongoing support and supervision from our very skilled management team. At Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA), we've made it our mission to provide quality services to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who we have the privilege of assisting.
This position allows you to grow and learn while getting paid. You'll work closely with our Training coordinator and talented management team. You'll be matched with an experience therapist and taught the skills needed to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
IBAA takes pride in our training and supervision system. For those with aspirations of advancement, we love to promote from within and will work closely with you to gain the knowledge and skills needed to be considered for the position.
