CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Brittany Morgan, BCBA
Brittany received her Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University in 2009. In 2012 Brittany earned her Master degree in Special Education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of North Dakota. After graduation, she pursued further specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. In 2015, Brittany obtained her certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Brittany has over ten years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in residential, school, and clinic settings. |
PROGRAM MANAGERS
Contessa Goins, BCBA
"Tess" holds Master's degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis and Business. She has over 5 years of experience in the field of ABA, much of which have been with our program. Tess joined our team shortly after we opened our doors and has been an integral part of our growth and success. Tess demonstrates strong leadership skills that are reflective of her work ethic and motivation to continually grow as a professional. We appreciate the many talents Tess shares with us on a daily basis. |
Kristen Johnson, BCBA
Kristen Johnson received a Bachelor's degree from Millikin University. She later completed her ABA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology and went on to complete a masters through Purdue University. Kristen has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over nine years. She was able to gain several years of valuable experience as a therapist in a clinic setting before advancing to a management role. Among the reasons that Kristen enjoys her role as a Program Manager is the opportunity to work with children and families. |
Daphine Wheeler, BCBA
Daphine joined our team in 2015 and quickly demonstrated a passion for the field and interest in advancing her education and career. She completed her Master's degree in 2017 and was board certified in 2018. Daphine has a very promising career as a Program Manager and leader at IBAA. |
Danielle Juranovich, BCBA
Danielle joined IBAA in 2017 with 2 years of previous experience in the field as an RBT and staff trainer. She joined our team with a fun and silly attitude with the kids and dedication to the field. Danielle completed her Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue in August 2019 and obtained her board certification later that year. Danielle is a strong part of the IBAA team and is quickly showing leadership skills as a Program Manager. |
Karlie Gabriel, BCBA
Karlie joined IBAA in 2017 with a year and a half of previous experience as an RBT. She received her undergraduate degree from IUK in 2019 with a Bachelors in Psychology. She then graduated with her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2020 and received her certification in June of 2020. One of the things Karlie enjoys most about her job is seeing the progress our learners make and the smiles on their faces when they learn something new. In her free time, Karlie enjoys spending time with her husband and dog Gordon! |
Madison Weimer, BCBA
Madison joined IBAA in 2017 with 1 year of previous experience in the field as an RBT. She joined our team eager to learn and dedicated to the field! “Maddie” graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She then graduated from Purdue University in August of 2020 with a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and passed her board certification exam in October 2020 to become a BCBA. Maddie’s favorite thing about her job is getting to connect with our learners every day and seeing them grow, learn, and accomplish goals! She is excited to learn and grow as a BCBA. In her free time, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs, friends, and family. She also enjoys reading and binging a good Netflix show every now and then! |
Amanda McDermott, BCBA
Amanda joined IBAA in June 2019 with 4 years of experience in the field. She is currently a Program Manager at the Taylor Street location. Amanda graduated with her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in May of 2018. She passed her board certification exam in March 2021 to become our newest BCBA. Amanda's favorite thing about her job is getting to interact and be silly with the learners daily and celebrating their accomplishments. Amanda can’t wait to further her career at IBAA with her new board certification. Outside of work, Amanda likes to spend time with her family, her husband, and their many pets. She enjoys traveling, crocheting, watching Netflix or Hulu, and cooking without recipes. |
PROGRAM MANAGER ASSISTANTS
Austin Berndt, BCBA
Austin joined the IBAA team in 2019 as an RBT. He was excited to learn and grow both in the field and in his job. Austin has a Bachelors of Science Degree with a concentration in Exercise Science and a Masters of Science in Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. One thing that Austin loves most about his job is seeing the kids succeed, make friends, and learn new social skills. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar. |
Ashton Clark, BCBA
Ashton joined the team in 2019 after graduating with a bachelors of science in sociology with a concentration in children and families and medical sociology from IUK. Wasting no time, Ashton enrolled in a masters program through Purdue in 2020 and graduated with a masters of science in education with a concentration in applied behavior analysis in May of 2022. Her hard work and dedication paid off, as she obtained board certification in 2023. Ashton's favorite thing about her job is the excitement of the learners when they learn new skills. She looks forward to continuing her experience in the field of ABA with IBAA. In her free time Ashton enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, dogs, friends, and family. She also enjoy working out when she finds time in her busy schedule. |
Samantha VanWinkle, MA
Samantha (Sam) joined the IBAA team in February of 2019 as a therapist (RBT) and was promoted to the PMA position in November of 2021. Sam obtained a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Kokomo in December of 2019, having majored in criminal justice and minored in psychology. Sam continued her studies at Ball State University, graduating in December of 2022 with her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently accruing the supervision hours required for board certification. Sam’s favorite thing about her job is experiencing moments when learners acquire new and/or challenging skills. She loves watching the learners progress and teaching them skills that will allow them to become more independent in their everyday lives. After beginning at IBAA she fell in love with ABA and the ability to watch children grow. In her free time Sam likes to spend time with her dog Chewy, friends, and family. Sam also enjoys reading, camping, things to do outdoors, and watching sports. On a rainy day you can find her curled up on the couch with her dog watching Netflix and probably eating junk food. |
Ashlyn Anderson, MA
Ashlyn joined IBAA in 2020 as an RBT. Ashlyn graduated from Indiana University Kokomo in 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies. Ashlyn is currently enrolled at Purdue University to obtain a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her favorite thing about her job is getting to watch the learners grow and accomplish goals. Ashlyn's excitement to gain more knowledge in the field and become a BCBA is reflected in her work on a daily basis. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, cat, friends, and family. |
Shannon Stockdell, MA
Shannon joined the IBAA team in July 2019 as an RBT. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2018 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Shannon recently graduated from Purdue University with a Master’s degree in Educational Studies with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Some of the things she loves about her job are getting to see the growth of the learners and how their faces light up when they learn a new skill. Shannon is excited to gain more knowledge and experience in this role to one day achieve her goal of becoming a BCBA. In her free time, Shannon enjoys going to CrossFit, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her dog! |

Dan Harris (Mr. Dan), BA Mr. Dan joined our team during the summer of 2020 as an RBT. Mr. Dan earned a Bachelor's in Psychology from Morehouse College in 2009. He joined us with a variety of experiences, including that of a college student-athlete, high school coach, instructional aide, entrepreneur, etc. His experience, personality, and ability to support children were evident from the start. He works hard to give each individual an opportunity to be their best selves. Mr. Dan has accepted additional responsibilities at IBAA including the role of Professional Crisis Management Instructor and Group Leader at the Jackson Street facility. In his free time, he enjoys slowing down to spend time with his family and a good cup of coffee. |
Brooklynn Lemons, MA
Brooklynn joined IBAA in 2018 with experience working with children in the school system and as a director of a soccer company. She loves to watch the learners grow and decided to change her masters to move forward in the field. Brooklynn graduated from Central Christian College of Kansas in 2015 with her degree in Children Psychology and Criminal Justice. She will complete her Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State in the summer of 2021. |
Torey Edwards
Group Leader Assistant Torey joined the team at IBAA in 2017. She has an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and experience as an RBT. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. One of the things Torey loves most about working at IBAA is seeing the progress that our learners make and how it enhances both their everyday lives and their families' everyday lives. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dog and family, being outdoors, and reading! |
TRAINERS
Dr. Vanessa Costello-Harris (Ms. Vanessa), BCBA Dr. Costello-Harris joined IBAA in 2019 with 17 years of experience working in disability related fields. Prior to joining our team, she was an Assistant Professor at IUK and researched topics surrounding necessary supports for college students with disabilities and promoting inclusive teaching practices. Dr. Costello-Harris has an MA and PhD in Psychology, with a focus on lifespan development and developmental disabilities. She completed the ABA coursework requirements and supervision as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in 2020 and was board certified in 2021. One of the things she enjoys most about working at IBAA is being able to observe the daily accomplishments of our “kiddos'' and seeing the cumulated effects of the skills they acquire. Outside of work, Dr. Costello-Harris enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, coloring, traveling, and finding new things to learn! |
Jennifer Goad, BA
Jenn joined our team in 2020 with a passion for working with children! Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Photography. Upon pursuing her degree, she discovered her true calling in life was to work with kids, so she became a student aide and coach. Some of Jenn's favorite things about her job are having the opportunity to work with all of our wonderful children and staff, and that every day is new! In her free time, she enjoys softball, watching her kids participate in sports, photography, camping, and traveling. She is a pop culture, classic movie, and Disney junkie and can be heard either singing or quoting movies throughout the day! |
