Out of pocket expense/cost for ABA services depends on your insurance coverage. Insurance coverage and plan details vary greatly so we encourage you to contact our insurance specialist to verify benefits and determine what related expenses your family could expect.
Each child has a very individualized treatment plan and path. We work closely with families and other team members to develop goals and determine when each child is ready to transition from intensive services. In many cases, we are able to prepare a child for a transition to the school of their parent’s choice within three years.
Positive outcomes should be expected if the service provider offers experienced, knowledgeable, and available Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). All clinic based ABA programs should have full-time BCBAs on site and available to your child at all times. Per the guidelines mapped out by their certification board, each BCBA should maintain a caseload of twelve or fewer individuals. At IBAA, our full-time board certified program managers maintain a caseload of ten of fewer learners. Our centers have full-time Directors who have been board certified and in leadership positions for a minimum of 8 years.
There are several funding options available for families in need of assistance. We are happy to discuss options and map out a plan that allows your child to access the supports he/she may need.
Each child will have a team of three primary therapists who work with them from day to day. The ability to generalize new skills across therapists and environments is important for children with autism and requires that a variety of therapists support each child. Therapy schedules and staff related questions will be discussed with each family during the enrollment process.
